I have just returned from Greece. On the National News I saw pictures of a dog named Leo. He had been attacked by persons unknown with battery acid and left to die. He was rushed to a Vetinery Hospital in Athens but was not expected to survive. See the link below for the video of his amazing recovery......
That is so sad (about the dog, not the links). I still find it quite strange that despite the fact that they are helping this dog to recover, they still refer to him as 'it'. Or is that just bad translating?
Could well be because in Greek they use He/She and 'It' ( like French) and therefore all dogs may be referred to as 'It' regardless of gender.... Kostas can u help!!!?
