Dear SAR Dog Colleagues,
a few years ago we noticed a lack of educational material on SAR dogs training created in the attractive DVD format in the SAR dog world.
It motivated us to try to share some of our ideas and methods of training SAR dogs with search and rescue colleagues around the world.
Finally, after two years of working on the DVD, we can proudly announce we finished our DVD with descriptions of exercises for training SAR dogs in area search and it is now available for purchase.
We hope you will find a variety of exercises shown and described in the DVD useful and that they will be of use to you in designing your own training.
The DVD is recorded in Croatian and translated into English to make it accessible to as many handlers of SAR dogs as possible.
You will find more details on the DVD at this website: http://sardogtraining.com/
So far we have received only excellent reviews from those who have viewed the DVD and we believe that everyone will find in it something new and useful.
In adition, we hope our DVD will motivate you to create your own educational material in DVD format so you can thus share your methods of training SAR dogs with the rest of the world.
In this way we will come up with valuable ideas and methods of training SAR dogs which will benefit all of us, and most importantly, the missing persons.
