Do you need help on the forum? Can't login, can't figure out how to do something?
Look in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, there should be a new feature that will allow you to get technical support.

You can click the cross on the orange bubble, but the black bar will always be there.
You could have tried using it to ask.....

I know i could....sorry.....being a bit of a philistine....
reason I asked is that it seems to upset the firefox "adblock" plug in
