Two new dogs could join the ranks of the Search and Rescue Dog Association Scotland (Sarda Scotland) if they pass rigorous training in Glencoe.
The pair, which have gone through first stage training, will be tested in three search scenarios to be held from Thursday to Sunday.

If successful, they will bring the group's list of search dogs to 25.

Twenty-two trained dogs will also have their skills assessed during Sarda Scotland's annual course.

The organisation has been holding the assessments for more than 40 years.

Three search areas will be set up on hillsides around Glencoe to test dogs and their handlers.
