Oh and whats the certificate for Canine Diseases? (or something like that?)

And would it be the handlers responsibilty to obtain one? or is it something like a new child health (red) books with all the injections, dr's visits, etc in?

I think what DT was getting at is that our dogs are (to give them their full title) 'Non-scent discriminatory air-scenting search dogs'.

That is to say they will alert on any human scent in the area and as Bank Holidays are so busy they would pick up on everyone around.

With regards to vets' records there is no LSDogs requirement for you to keep logs, with the exception of annual vacination. This is in case dogs are required to be joint kenneled during searches.

The certificate for canine diseases is the proof of vacination from your vet, this would be the details of what your dog was innoculated against (the drugs used).

Pete.

PS. Check email I have sent you some RA's.
