Hello again Shane (and Megan)
I was on the stand at Newbury so met you on the day and remember Megan from her photo - she seemed a natural in her 'have-a-go' session. I have a springer spaniel called Poppy and have been a member since June last year. Welcome to the team, look forward to meeting you again soon!

thanks for the welcome
i am looking forward to coming to the training evenings but not sure if i need to wait for CRB clearance first or do i just turn up on a tuesday night

i have had a email welcoming me to berkshire search and rescue dogs and it tells me abit about the team and that to become a full member i need to do 12 training sessions and not to take my dog until week 10 i think it was

but if its just turn up now i have sent in my app then i may get to come on the 24th april :)

Hi Shane

We met on the Saturday at Newbury and Megan is definately a natural.

Newbie night is normally the 1st Tuesday of the month but I'll let the membership admin team confirm that [wink]

So glad you decided to give it a go - with your background you should really enjoy it.

Look forward to meeting you again - and Megan, I thought she was a lovely dog (especially the cuddles she gave me [biggrin] )

See you soon

Rich
