My name is Katherine and I am currently Membership Secretary for Berkshire SAR Dogs and am in theory an operational support member. I say "in theory" as my first baby is due in about 10 days so searching is a little challenging at the moment for obvious reasons!!

When not on Maternity Leave I am a Legal Assistant with a small high street law firm in Bracknell, Berkshire. I have been there since leaving college in 1999.

I have been involved in Search and Rescue for many years. I was originally a member of SEBEV Search & Rescue. I joined them in around 1993 before Search and Rescue was very big in the UK. SEBEV began training for Search & Rescue in around 1996. I joined Berkshire SAR Dogs in 2003. I am no longer a member of SEBEV due to family and work commitments.

I think baby will be a boy, but I have a 50/50 chance of being wrong.
