Hi guys,
I'm a newby, (I did my first session about a month ago)
I have a 4 yr old English springer spaniel called Jessi , who we got from a rescue last year.
She is officially my daughters dog (but dad does most of the walking!!!). Jess is mad as a hare and has the limitless energy of a springer.
I have very little experience of dog training, but I'm learning all the time (sometimes I wonder what I've taken on).
I am a product manager for a telecomms company (it's more fun than it sounds....honest) and have 2 kids (12 and 14) who come in very handy for training sessions.
I decided to become involved in search and rescue after seeing a leaflet at moor cottage vets because I love a challenge and it gives me a good reason to train Jess, plus she gets a chance to do what she is bred to do. And she get to exercise that most unused part of her body....her brain.
