Hurrahhhh!!! Finally, a right answer!!!

Nadia Comaneci was indeed the first gymnast to score a perfect 10 (that was when routines were scored out of 10, now they are scored very differently out of a max of 15 and it's virtually impossible to score a perfect 15!). The scoreboards were unable to display a mark of 10.0 in 1976, so instead they showed Nadia's 7 perfect 10s as 1.00!!
