If you ever thought your dog can't count, try putting 3 dog biscuits in your pocket and only giving him 2!!!

Niki have you tried the Newbury Weekly News - their coverage goes from the Wilts/Berks border east as far as Tilehurst and across to Mortimer.

Different subject, but any news on the presentation from Waitrose, Newbury.

Thanks Niki - hopefully they will print in next week's edition, as I cannot see in today's - Stuart your younger eyes might spot it!

Hope the 'new home' search is progressing? I know Niki read out a list on Tuesday night of people she'd been or was going to be talking to (press/radio) but not sure if she mentioned BBC Radio Berkshire?

Maggie Philbin does a show on there where she goes out and about into the community to present a 2-hour show about a particular subject... we used her for publicity at work with our drink-driving courses and it was great! She attended a session of the course, learning about the strategies we employ to prevent people reoffending, as well as speaking to participants before the session started to find out how it made them feel ... she was very complimentary and enjoyed the session... and it gave us some good feedback, with increased sales of our dvd training pack.

This might not sound relevant to start with but I was just thinking maybe you could contact her personally and see if she'd be interested in being a Misper for an hour so she can report in person on how good it is to be found by a BSARDog!!!??? I guess it might be worth a try?! It's 'local', 'topical' and 'personal' which seems to be her main criteria... do let me know what you think?! I also know she used to compete at showjumping so she's animal-friendly!!

Good luck, meanwhile I'm keeping my eyes and ears peeled for anything that might sound suitable as a new HQ.
[rolleyes]
