Spit.....yeuk!

Beef dripping (with the jelly) from the Sunday lunch, salt & pepper, all on toast cooked on the end of a toasting fork in front of a roaring log fire on a winter Sunday evening Heaven!!

Yum Yum. On hot fresh cut bread - definitely swallow.

Tricky one this! If you mean Bovril as a drink (which I assume you do, as that's what it's meant to be) then gross, yuck, SPIT! However, I was practically weaned on Bovril thinly spread on buttered toast and that is still my favourite way to eat toast - so a big, fat SWALLOW! [biggrin]

Thick slices of Malt Loaf (preferable Soreen) with butter (but no Bovril this time!!!) - hmmmm just had some for lunch!!! [tongue2]
