Kia ora from New Zealand

Postby kiwicopper » Tue Mar 09, 2010 6:13 am

Hi all,
As you probably guessed from my online nom de plume I am a Police officer.

I am based in Taupo, New Zealand but am training an air scenting dog as a civilian.
My dog 'Bronx' is a 13 month old 'mongrel', for want of a better term, and we are about 3 months in to training proper.

I hope to gather titbits of information here to aid in our training.

So I look forward to talking to you all.

Kiwicopper, welcome to the forum. I see Merlin has given you the customary welcome.

I hope you find the forum useful and would appreciate you passing on the link to other that you train with. Equally if your team wants its own private section please let me know.

Merlin - Don't I outrank you and therefore get to go to NZ first....?

Me thinks a can of worms has been opened...

I find it ironic that once upon a time the colonies were only good for sending prisoners to, now you are fighting to come here. [laugh]
