Hi Guys,
Quick hello from me. I am the Director of Beachy Head Chaplaincy Team, which is a SAR team and Christian Chaplaincy which specialises in suicide intervention, at (you guessed it!) Beachy Head. I have a 2 year old blue merle border called Sky, who we have just started training with in the last month. Looking forward to getting some time to nose through this forum...if only the phone would stop ringing!

Blessings
Ross

Hi Ross and welcome to the forum,

Does the Chaplaincy Team have a website at all? I was hoping to come to the ALSAR conference to hear the talk but was unable.

But I would like to know a little more about what you guys do.

If you ever thought your dog can't count, try putting 3 dog biscuits in your pocket and only giving him 2!!!

Hi Niki,
Yes it does http://www.bhct.org.uk. There is not alot of in depth info on there. My fault as i look after it and it is due for a revamp. I will be putting to paper a basic overview of our intervention/negotioation training over the next few months if time allows, which i hope to make available to SAR teams, but we are rather run ragged at the moment.

Blessings
