Research Topic Selection Ideas

Postby Joseph » Sat Jun 20, 2009 10:14 pm

Greetings,

Are there any matters, questions, or problems within the SAR Dog community that are relevant to the subject of Animal Physiology?

Let me add a little to this question. I have a graduate level biology paper to write. And, I want to write something that would be useful to your community. I hope to enter it soon (well, broadly, I reside in Virginia).

I have had an article published before. This article is to be a critical review of existing research. I am having difficulty finding an interesting/useful topic. Any ideas of interest, citable references, and links to on-line databases will be greatly appreciated.

How about something to do with the Olfactory system, maybe regarding the length of the nasal cavity with regard to the effectiveness of identifying scent?

I'm sure there must be loads of information about regarding that.
